Black Friday and Cyber Monday have both come and gone, taking with them most of their respective holiday discounts—but not all of them. While the vast majority of Black Friday sales are done and dusted, many retailers are letting their holiday sales run just a little longer, giving last-minute shoppers to score some seriously sweet discounts that may have gotten overlooked during the big holiday shopping rush.

Case in point: Macy's incredible holdout Black Friday deal on their Galligher 82" Leather Sofa, which is still available for a very limited time. This swanky couch's original listed price is $1,749, but lucky shoppers who snag this Black Friday sale can buy it for only $799—a full $950 off.

This sofa is part of Macy's Galligher Leather Sofa Collection, which also includes a 59" loveseat and a 36" armchair. All items from the Galligher Collection are available in Caramel (as seen above) and Light Gray, and they're all on sale right now at well over 50% off. In terms of the best return on your investment, however, the 82" leather sofa impressed us the most out of the three, costing only $10 more than the 59" loveseat.

The sofa is made from real semi-aniline leather draped over high-density foam cushioning and a wooden frame supported by four blocky hardwood legs coated with a dark walnut finish. With its clean, minimalist design and warm colored natural materials, the couch gives off a vintage, almost mid-century modern, vibe without looking dated, lending it versatility in pairing with other decor styles. At 82"W x 37"D x 35"H, its sizable enough to settle into without being so big that it would dominate most living rooms.

At this time, the Galligher sofa only has one review, but it's a positive one. Sandra, who bought the sofa along with the loveseat, claimed that the furniture was "beautiful color and good quality for the price." Still, if you're not 100% sold by its single review, a lot of Macy's stores appear to have it on display (including several stores within my area), so you can likely scope the sofa out in person and make a judgement call from there.
