If Beverly Hills 90210 has always been your dream zip code -- and you have $4 million to purchase a home, you might want to check out the address that Academy Award winner Emma Stone, who won Outstanding Actress for La La Land, is putting up for sale, according to Homes.com.

The traditional-style residence in the posh Coldwater Canyon area of Beverly Hills has been a good luck charm for the Arizona native, who not only won her Oscar while living there, but also two additional nominations.

The nearly 4,000-square foot house includes four bedrooms, four and a half baths and provides lots of privacy. It is practically invisible from the street and comes complete with security gates and security cameras.

The home features a modified open floor plan with the main living room, dining room, and kitchen together, as well as an additional lounge area.

Its special touches include dark wood floors, a brick fireplace, exposed beams, built-in cabinets, and wainscoting, and one bedroom currently serves as a small in-home theater.

The kitchen features chef-quality appliances, a white tile backsplash, an island, a beautiful hood fan, and a reclaimed vintage porcelain sink.

From the kitchen or dining room, or additional living space, French doors open onto a cement patio and in-ground pool.

In addition to Stone, the home previously was owned by Dudley Moore and also by  Australian film editor Kirk Baxter, a two-time Oscar recipient in his own right. Stone purchased the home from Baxter for just under $2.5 million. She stands to make a tidy profit of nearly a $1.5 million if she sells at her asking price.

The listing agent for the property is Stacy White of Compass.
