See Inside: George Lucas' $4.48 Million Hollywood Hills Home
Sometimes a home design is so special and includes all the right features that it attracts the interest of more than one celebrity owner. Such is the case of the Hollywood Hills home that was owned by both the legendary Bette Midler and Star Wars creator George Lucas.
Now, the 1936 Nantucket-style traditional home is back on the market and, according to toptenrealestatedeals.com, it can be had for a cool $4.48 million.
Midler occupied the home between 1983 and 1987, which was a productive time in her life. She started her own production company, All Girl Productions, with producing partner Bonnie Bruckheimer and signed a deal with Walt Disney to star in a group of successful films produced by Touchstone Pictures and her own production company.
More recently, Lucas owned the home from 2008 until 2010.
