Following the death of Arthea Franklin last August, the Queen of Soul's spacious estate home in the Michigan gated community of Lone Pine is on the market. According to Homes.com, the property is priced for sale at $800,000.

The 4,148-square-foot, two story home was custom-built in 1990 and the double-door entry opens to a marble-tiled foyer that melds into a spacious downstairs family room, complete with fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows, and concealed wet bar.
