Frasier's Swanky Seattle Apartment Is Nothing Compared to Kelsey Grammer's Real-Life Home — See Inside!

The Agency

A stunning Malibu home once owned by Kelsey Grammer just hit the market for a cool $19.95 million, according to TopTenRealEstateDeals.com.

The former Frasier and Cheers star bought the home with his ex-wife, Camille Grammer, and they lived there until their divorce in 2011. After that, Camille remained in the home for a while, and the home was the backdrop for several episodes of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

The seven-bedroom, 13-bathroom home has countless incredible features, including a gourmet kitchen designed by Wolfgang Puck, a wine cellar and a two-story ballroom with a crystal chandelier.

The 7,814-square-foot main residence also includes a master suite with an ocean-view balcony, guest suites with individual fireplaces and a wood-paneled library.

Outside, the extensive grounds are basically a slice of idyllic countryside. There are lily ponds, lush gardens and a barbecue area, not to mention a free-form pool, two spas and a tennis court. The property also includes a carriage house, a six-stall stable, a dressage riding ring and various other outbuildings, including staff quarters.
