Donna Elick

Donna and Chad Elick are the creators of The Slow Roasted Italian, focused on simplifying mealtime. Donna is a self taught cook, with a passion for home cooked meals inspired by her mom. She is the chief mess maker, writer, baker and dish washer in the family. Chad is the photographer, designer, cocktail maker and food tester. Did we mention he does the laundry too? Together they make one awesome team!
